Hi, I am Parul Tandon; born and brought up in Jammu and currently residing in Bangalore for the past 5 Years. I am mother of two beautiful daughters, Samaira and Sahana, who keep me occupied the entire day.
I am a commerce graduate and was a university topper in both my graduation and post-graduation. I was working as an HR Associate in a reputed FMCG Company. But baking was always my passion and a stress buster for me so I thought of turning into a full time home maker and a baker. Why not do something which you feel love to do!
Now it’s been 1.5 years since i have started doing it professionally and my family supports me in a big way. Since my younger one is of only 1 year, it’s my MIL who takes care of her while me doing my job. I have attended a few courses on newer pasty cuisines as well to enhance my knowledge. Personally, I love seeking new flavours all the time and my taste changes daily! Finding new tastes drives my life every day, and when I go away I am always looking for new things to experiment with when I come back.
Since I am passionate about the recipes I cook, I assure the quality of ingredients which i use are the best one and full hygiene is followed during baking and thus Premixes are totally no-no while baking a cake. After all freshness is what makes a dish better among the lot.
